“New Year, New Light – Remember Our Veterans 2026”Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Admission & Event Access

• Each ticket grants access to one parking space in the designated lot for the December 31, 2025 fireworks show.

• Parking spots are assigned by section and are first-come, first-parked within your designated area.

• Gates open at 7:00 PM. Vehicles must be parked by 9:30 PM due to safety protocols.

• No re-entry once your vehicle has entered the lot.

2. Safety Requirements

• All attendees must remain inside or immediately next to their vehicle during the fireworks show.

• No unauthorized persons may enter restricted pyro zones.

• Mandan Fire Department, Mandan Police Department, and Pegasus Illuminations have the authority to enforce all safety rules.

• Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3. Vehicle Restrictions

• Oversized vehicles (RVs, campers, buses, trailers) are not permitted unless specified.

• Headlights must remain off during the show; please use parking lights when entering/exiting the lot.

• Engines should remain off during the performance.

4. Weather & Event Changes

• The event is snow, or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk.

• The MPO and Pegasus Illuminations reserve the right to delay, adjust, or cancel the show due to severe weather, emergency circumstances, or safety concerns.

• In the event of cancellation due to safety, tickets are nonrefundable as this event is a charitable fundraiser. A reshoot date will be announced in the case of a cancellation.

5. Refunds & Transfers

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person; however, the original purchase terms still apply.

6. Conduct & Behavior

• Attendees must follow all posted signage and directions from event staff.

• Disorderly or unsafe behavior (including fireworks brought by attendees) will result in removal from the event.

• Alcohol consumption on Mandan Public Schools Property is strictly is prohibited, and will result in removal from the event

7. Photography & Media

• By attending, you grant the Mandan Progress Organization and Pegasus Illuminations the right to use photos or video taken at the event for promotional, archival, or media purposes.

• Commercial photography requires prior approval.

8. Liability Waiver

• Attendees assume all risk of injury or property damage related to the event.

• The MPO, Pegasus Illuminations, Mandan Public Schools, and event partners are not liable for personal injury, vehicle damage, theft, or accidents during the event.

• Fireworks involve inherent risk. Your attendance confirms your understanding and acceptance of these risks.

9. Noise & Sensory Disclosure

• This show contains intense sound, rapid light sequences, and high-volume pyrotechnics that may affect individuals with sensory sensitivities or pets.

• Pets are not allowed at the event.

10. Donations & Fundraising

• Parking admissions directly support:

• • Wounded Warrior Project

• • Western ND Honor Flight

• • Mandan High School Marching Band London 2027 trip

• Donations made online or at the event are voluntary and nonrefundable.

11. Event Communications

• Important updates (weather, traffic, road closures) will be posted on VisitMandan.com and MPO social media.

• Attendees are responsible for checking updates prior to arrival.
