Mandan Progress Event's are not possible without partnership and collaboration from vendors in the Bismarck-Mandan area and beyond. To sign up or express interest in adding your business presence to any of our events please complete the application below. Q: How do I know when I am approved to vend at an MPO Event?

A: Our applications work on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you have
submitted your application, it is considered approved unless contacted otherwise.
Q: How do I add the Mandan Progress Organization on to my Certificate of Insurance?

Q: Do I need to submit a Certificate of Insurance with my application to vend at an MPO Event?

A: Yes, the MPO heavily encourages general liability insurance to be tied in with your business when vending at an MPO event. If you want to forego holding a certificate of insurance you must contact the MPO directly and explain your reasoning.
Q: Do I need a ND Sales Tax ID to vend in North Dakota?

A: The State of North Dakota requires us to ask our vendors for their ND Sales Tax ID
